battery charger cord failure

I know this topic is old. But I just had my second Trustfire TR001 go out on me. The first time this happened was almost a month and a half ago (I went to unplug it and the chord popped right of the outlet) and again last night. (I went to plug it in and the moment the prongs hit the outlet it popped right off the charger)

I do admit I unplug my charger everytime I am done. I cannot stand the small noise it emmits when there are no batteries in it (yes I can hear it)

I've never unplugged my trustfire. You might want to use a simple power strip with switch, or what I did was the power strip with a small Belkin outlet timer, set to 3 hours.
