Battery/Charger problem

First off I want to say how much I LOVE my v4l ecig. It is the best of the 3 different ones I have. The vap is awesome and the taste soooo smooth. LOVE it.
Now the problem I am having is with either the charger or the battery- don't know which. I bought the PCC and received it yesterday- the led light for the cig battery never blinks- then today when I went to charge the case back up it has been charging for about 4 hours and it still is red. The ecig didn't seem to last very long either so I don't know if it ever charged all the way or not. I charged both of them for 8 hours before I used it.
Anyone able to help me??

I am having the same problem with my PCC, the light stays red indefinitely. Does your wall plug in charger charge the batteries. ALso when I got my batteries they were already charged. I would email them about it. Like I just did!

I charge it with the usb port on my computer- but I will email them about it! Thanks Brooke!

No problem. I am really new here and just happen to have the same problem. Look forward to seeing you around! This is my 2nd day of vapeing and I am fairing well! Hope you are also!
