Hello All,

I was wondering if you can help me with a problem I am having. I went to change my battery out this morning. I noticed that the battery I had put on last night was still not fully charged (red light was still on). Then when I went to grab it the black box thing came off the cord. After I put it back on the light wouldn't come back on. I have tried everything. I've jiggled, pushed it in farther, taken it out a little bit, changed outlets. Has anyone had this happen? Did you get it to work again if you did?

Thanks!

Try unplugging the box, turn wire connection (the figure 8 part)upsidedown and plug back in, make sure batt is unscrewed from charger, plug back in and should work...sometimes it just needs a reset. if that doesnt work, you may need a replacement but Ill go ahead n tell you, if u can avoid leaving it plugged up all nite, dont. I swear my batteries started lasting a shorter time after being plugged in allll night. It takes abt an hour to fully charge so try n catch it then.

Also, if u want to test to see if its the cord or box giving u trouble, if u have a ;laptop or big batt charger, the connection piece also fits the 510 charging box-its a universal size. plug it up n see if another cord works w/it if u can.

Good luck, I hope u get it workin, I know the grief of a charger failing!

Thank you all for your suggestions. Unfortunately it seems to be officially dead. I know Steve will take care of it, and luckily I do have a USB charger and a PCC so I'm ok for now. It does feel good knowing that when something goes wrong I don't have to worry about been hassled or having to pull my hair out and take a week off of work to get it fixed, lol. Things happen and that is to be expected, but having the peace of mind knowing that the supplier is awesome and I don't have anything to worry about truly is priceless. It's so nice to have one less stressor in my life.:)

my pcc croaked out of nowhere! it holds are charge but can't pass it through to the battery. wtf?

Are you sure? What is it doing? Reason I ask is if you let the battery die completely (so that it has reached the blinking stage) very often it has to sit on the charger a bit before it registers that it is charging.
