Is there a warranty on the battery charger? This morning, when I plugged the charger in, the lights wouldn't come on. I slightly moved the cable around and heard a popping sound. I was able to get that to stop and keep the lights on, but it's making a buzzing sound and any movement of the cables, results in a popping sound.
