battery charger

Hi all,
I'm looking to replace my pila charger, kind of old and wondering if there is now a better one and where to buy it? Hoping it will charge most although I use mostly 14500's. Thanks to all for your help!

There are much better chargers out there...but the Nitecore i4 is a great budget charger

I second the Nitecore I4. It's the best I've used and it's not that expensive. Pila is good, too.

Xtar WPII 2 for twenty bucks. 2 bay charger that can more than keep ahead of your charging needs for 14500 batteries. Two year warranty.

Is there anything wrong with your Pila? That's still a great charger. About the only thing out there right now that is equal to it is the Xtar VP1. Same price as a Pila, identical charging curves to a Pila, but with a digital display and the capability to handle batteries as small as 10440. For the same price as a Pila you can get the same performance - but with more features. The VP1 doesn't require spacers for smaller size batteries either.

sorry for the delay. No, I don't think there is anything wrong with it just wondering if there was anything better. I remember hearing they can wear out and I wanted to stay ahead of the game. Also, it's the only charger I have and a back up would make me feel more secure.
