Where can I get the most inexpensive Pila charger and AW IMR batteries?

So I'm in the market for a Pila charger. I wouldn't mind a 4-battery dock if they've got em, but a 2-battery dock will do just fine. While I'm out for a charger I may as well pick up another AW IMR High Drain 18350 and 18490 battery.
So who has the most inexpensive ones? I just want to make sure I'm not overpaying!

The Tenergy charger at Provape suspiciously resembles my Trustfire cheapo charger. I eventually want a Pila smart(er) charger and will probably go to one soon since I'm charging for a Provari now. In the past, I only use a vv box mod here and there and only occasionally charged my 14500's.

With the weird things happening to batteries these days, it pays to have a quality charger that can sense the needs of the battery during charging.

I've got the Xtar WP2 II from RTDvapor.com. Everything I've heard is that they are just as capable as the Pila and $25 cheaper. SuperTmanufacturing has both also but I got mine from RTD because they have the spacers for sale separately because I like to use 16340s & 18350s.

You are going to love that Pila charger, had mine for 1.5 years... No issues... Plus they look cool!

Awesome thanks! Yeah I was reading more into those XTAR chargers and they seem to sometimes charger over 4.2v where the Pila seems to consistently charge to 4.19 every time.
I am a bit confused at the different charging settings.. slow, fast and trickle. Which would I want to use for these AW IMR batteries?

I just got a Pila charger from AltSmoke. It's amaaaaazing, charges much faster than my cheap trustfire charger, and it lets me know what's going on with the battery. Plus the cover adds a bit of security.

What setting do you guys charge AW IMR batteries on?
I should be getting the charger in the mail today

edit: d'oh - I thought eh 4-stages were OPTIONS on the charger, I didn't realize it was all part of how it charges. Anyway, I love this charger! Charges so fast and seems to go to 4.2v each charge. I don't have a good multimeter, just the check battery function on my Provari Mini, but it seems to be about 4.19-4.2v right off the charger, so I'm happy!
