Battery chargers?

Hey folks, looking for a battery charger.

I know buying the cheapest I can find is a bad idea. But are $50 chargers with every bell and whistle strictly necessary?

Is there a well-made, quality charger that's somewhere in between? I'd be looking to charge protected 17670 and/or LiMN 14500 batteries.

I have been looking into this very thing. Here is the result of my research:

Ultrafire WF-188 Intelligent Charger

Won't overcharge your batteries. Won't charge an overdischarged battery.
This price from DealExtreme is as cheap as buying the standard Trustfire charger. Shipping is free, the only other price you pay is snail slow shipping from China, but for under $15 this is the best charger out there.

I started looking for US suppliers and found Lighthound. I found the Ultrafire 139 which will charge both 14500's and 17670's. It says over-charge protects, and won't charge over-discharged batteries, as well. Is this suitable? Will there be any difficulty with charging AW IMR14500's vs. the regular Li-Ion ones?
