I have a quick question.

I have a Reo Mini and I was wondering if there were any longer lasting batteries than the AW IMR 14500 600Mah. I use it quite alot and I'm not saying that switching out batteries is a pain, I'm just looking for something trustworthy and reliable that would last a little longer.

If you're using 2.0Ω or higher attys/cartos, you could get away with using the AW IC protected batteries (black & silver wrapper).

Here's another +1 for RTD, I get my batteries, chargers, and sometimes other stuff from him (plus he had emerald ming driptips in stock last time I ordered), just order an xtar charger from him cause one of the bays on my tr001 decided it likes red better than green (bought it on amazon :-\)

Just to clarify, I reccomend rtd to most everyone. I have never personally ordered from him because it seems every time I need something they are out of stock. Not his fault, it always goes back to the manufacturer, and I am just glad to know that aw would rather keep people waiting than slap a red sleeve on some reject battery and ship out a ticking time bomb.

It's a multimeter. Randy (RTD) has a couple of them on his site. I had one of those little cheap ones (not from him) and it didn't work. The other one on his site ($26.50 Uni-T) looks much better, but you (I think) could find a similar one cheaper. I got one from Lowe's that I just love, and I don't remember it being that high. Others can chime in with better advice on that, probably. I do know that they're pretty handy. I got by without one for a long time, and you could too....but they're handy to check out the ohms on your cartomizers and attys, and the voltage on your batteries. It's one of those things that I didn't think I needed until I got it; now I don't know how I did without it. Ha.

I bought the cheap multimeter from RTD and it works great. I've heard good things about them too. Maybe you got a dud?

they also have DMMs at walmart for 12 bucks that will do the job fairly accurately (I use it every day). They arent the best out there but they work. I am currently looking at investing in one in the 50-60 dollar range. I like accuracy :).

Those are plenty good enough. :thumb: I have a Fluke from EA Games when I was employed and working from home which I never returned. That'll teach them for laying off those on staff that work at home. My ex-boss asked for it along with a lot of other tools and spare laptop parts which I replied "you want it no problem...come get it (HQ in the Bay Area and I live in Central Cal) ;)

HA! You're funny. I always say I should have been born blonde. I'm the last one to laugh at punch lines. Hmm...hunting scares me. I'm not very good at fishing but I like when I catch a fish. Well I'm not hunting men right now either.

As for the rest...I won't comment :D
