Battery charging over 4.2v

Well I got two hohm tech hohm grown 26650s that I bought would they be compatible with the efest LUC charger? At least with those they could keep me afloat until I can get better batteries for the time being

In a pinch, the Hohm Tech's are okay to use in the interim. And yes, the two Efest chargers I have, an older LUC V4 4bay and LUC Blu V6 both handle 26650 batteries just fine and are well suited for them, just like a Nitecore or xtar. I charge my 26650's in 1amp trickle charge and 2amp rapid charge in a pinch modes.
