OK. I know if I have a problem I can let Steve know and he'll make it right, but I even if I just think I have a problem Steve'll still replace it, and I want to make sure I have a problem, and that I didn't cause it, before I go there. So here's what I've got:

I got the UU kit, and it came with the 2 auto batts (and the passthrough ooh. love it)

Anyhows, been a week now, and I've been using the PT at home, for about 30m in the morning before work, and 3h after work, the rest of the time, the same 1 batt (wife has the other).
Wife has been using the PT most of the day, and the batt all evening.
Batts go on charge overnight.

I bring the usb charger to work in case I run out of a charge, and the last couple of days I have, so I've topped it back up.

So far seems fine, but the wife's is another story.

It seems to only be holding a charge for an hour or perhaps 2 now, and she's not constantly puffing on it, perhaps 5 puffs every 30m or so.

Did I manage to charge it wrong? The manual said nothing on overcharging other than 'don't leave it on charge for 24h+' kind of thing, which I haven't done. Alternately, is is possible that a lot of small charges kill it's life? (Don't think that's happened, but still curious if it's bad).
The other thing is: the same batt requires a harder draw than the other one to activate. On one you can just get the air going through it, and it lights up, on the other it won't, you have to pull hard - the pull hard one is the one that seems to be not holding charge so well, so I'm wondering if I damaged it somehow - anyone know?

I'm guessing you just got a bad one. I think China started their party early! Let Steve know on your next order.
