Hi guys, is there a way to tell the amps of Ijoy batteries by looking??, i know theres a few versions of this battery stating 40A, but from what i know, some of the versions are actually a lot less than 40A.

I couldn't read all the info on the battery picture you posted. The Ijoy specs rate it at 40A and the pictures I've seen show that rating on the side of the cell. Mooch rates it at 30A and 3000mah. Check out the link below for specs. Scroll down to see the info for the iJoy.

Thats how ive read it, 30A not 40A, i remember reading mooch ratings a while back, i think the difference way to tell between the batteries was the cap on the top insulator, different shaped cutouts, may be wrong, but im sure one is 40A and the other versions are only 30. Just trying to figure it out, do have a multimeter somewhere, may have to test the battery and see what the Amps are on it.
Blimey,. I cant tell looking at mine,. I guess i wouldnt know without reving wrap. Was hoping to use it for my dual Aliens but if its only 20amp thats just not gonna be safe,. 30 would be ok but not 20,. Wish there was a way to be sure.
Just a follow up,. Having fully charged the battery on my new xtar vc4,. It reads fully charged 4.2v,. 0310 mah. Would that mah reading be what it took to recharge to full as it wasnt fully drained,. Or am i asduming 310 is actually 3100mah capacity. Not familiar with xtar chargers,. Just a bit odd that it reads 0310.
