Battery door replacement for 2xAA Box Mod with slow change LED

I need battery door replacement for 2xAA Box Mod with slow change LED.

I was going to order one of the Battery Boxes, but there are at least 4 of them and I'm not sure what to choose.

My 2AA Box mod has been purchased on September 7 2010, order # MV- 4310868.

Soon. Our guy Rick who does our mods and box kits was in a motorcycle accident this week and had both bones in his lower leg broken by the driver that hit him. Poor guy has had such a streak of bad luck recently but despite the injuries, he'll be churning out boxes again soon.
