Custom 2xAA box mod question

Hey guys,

I'm building your 2xAA box mod and I really don't want an LED on this thing. Do I still need to attach the 470 ohm resistor? And if I do, where should I connect the other end of the resistor if one end attaches to the horn switch?

Don't think you need a resistor! Led is cool tho bro! Lol

I never bother with the LED or resistor. I really don't want a flashy light on any of my rigs. I just solder the switch into the positive wire going to the center contact on the connector.
