I fully charged my old device then I turned off and stored it today when I want to see it's battery level after 14 days of storing the battery was 40 percent is that normal ?

It would depend on how old it is, how you stored it, and how often you used it. I can see it happening.

I stored in my closet and I don't use it I just charged it and stored it and the device I have it for one year ago

Also consider the type of device. Was it an older model?

After doing a quick search, it doesn't seem uncommon for that device. Some say the battery life is overrated.

I've had that happen with really old batteries. And with dodgy mods.

What you described are classic signs of Parasitic Drain caused by something wrong in your mod. Or a Battery that is Rapidly Self Discharging. Something wrong with your battery.

Either way, it sounds like that Mod is headed for the GVDITS, the Great Vape Drawer in the Sky.

I remember now, I had 2 Sigelei 30's that did that. It was something to do with the screen. Sometimes the display stayed on at the dim level and it would run the battery down to zero overnight. Other times it would take a few days. In that case it wasn't the fault of the battery.
