battery exchange?

Hi, I'm unclear on whether I can return my defective Nebula battery for a replacement. You kindly sent me 2 new batteries when 1 of my originals gave out. The 2nd of my originals then gave out, & now one of the replacements is dead: it lights the LED, but doesn't power the cartomizer. Is an exchange available, or should I just go ahead & buy a new battery?

Also, unrelated, but how about those 0mg cartomizers? Do they have throat hit & vapor comparable to an 11mg cart? Somebody gave me a package from another reseller, & they suck; I'm wondering whether the 0mg carts at Vapor Nine would be worth it. Thanks!
