Sorry in advance if this is a silly question, but I just came in to find a single battery on my (unplugged) 510 multi-charger lit. I looked it over, and can't find anything that would be setting it off (it is an auto battery). --Will this battery simply run itself dead, or should I be alarmed?

This battery has not been performing as well as the others; I think I might have flooded it a week or so ago. Does flooding a battery render it dangerous in any way?

For now I have it resting in the (dry) bathtub with the bathroom door shut in case it explodes or something. Naturally, I don't have it attached to an atty or anything. It's not doing anything except lighting up its LED, but it's creeping me out...

I realize I'm probably being silly here. It's just that I don't know anything about batteries and I'm not sure what I should be doing...

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Likely the flooding got into the switch - blow it out from the led end and/or tap the led end on a desk/table top.... maybe try to dry it with a hair dryer....
