Which battery you need is going to depend on the mod, and you haven't been too specific. Sigelei makes a lot of mods. It's sort of like saying "I just bought a Chevy... what size tires should I get?"

That said, button-tops are a safe bet. As far as the difference between the two you linked, the mAh rating indicates how long the charge will last. One of those two is rated by eFest to last longer than the other.

ETA: Just realized you were asking about the charger. It'll handle either just fine.

A company called fasttech has the same cgr18650ch batteries at 2 batteries for $9.53 with tenoff coupon code and free shipping but I think the company is in china so it may take a while to get here. The company and deal were recommended on vaporjoes and he also gives the coupon code. It's the cheapest price I have seen for those great batteries. Also the Sigelei ZMAX is an awesome device I've had mine a little while now and love it. Thay also have 2 samsung icr18650 batteries for $8.24.

I have several efest batteries in different sizes.....been using all of them without issue
But I will say I do have 1 efest 18650 flat top....will work in every mod I have
Except.....my Provari ..
Flat tops are a no go in that one.
Since then I stick with button tops.
also. ...just a heads up.
Ultra fire 18650's are taller than AW's and the efest's which keeps you from being able to screw down the bottom cap completely on some mods..can't use them in my Tesla ..well I could...they work...just don't fit right
