Battery info/differences?

Wondering if someone can tell me some info about V4L batteries?

What is the mah for Diamond series, Stealth series, and Vapor King series in all three sizes?

Any difference in battery type between the three models? Lith ion or Lith poly?

Are any of these three series regulated?

I'm aware of other brands being "gen 2" as most people are calling them, and apparently they are just regulated to not go below 3.6-3.7v.

One person on the forums has stated V4L bats are regulated, however, everyone else has stated they are not. Just wanting to clear up my own confusion about these three series of bats! Thanks

I can't answer, but I'm sure if you search the threads by SnowDragon and/or Morandir you can find the answers to your questions - and more! I know there was a thread about the batteries being regulated or not just a day or two ago.

These batteries are not regulated.

Regulated batts are generally a lower voltage than our batts.

Ok, I didn't think they were regulated but wanted to check.

How about the capacity? I don't see mah listed on the website anywhere unless I'm really blind.

I don't have the exact numbers available at the moment, but I can tell you we've worked to ensure the largest mah possible in these form factors. We've even lengthened the batts in some instances by a few mm's to cram a few more mah into this shape/size battery.

I do not believe a longer lasting better performing battery is available in these form factors. Some batts are being marketed with terminology that sounds nice, but doesn't really measure up and is actually a step back in terms of pure performance and end user enjoyment. Our batts put out a higher voltage for as long or longer than the regulated batts I've seen and tried.

i believe the mAh is 160mAh - shorty, 280maH -standard, and 380mAh for XL's

The longer the battery and higher the maH number the longer they last before needing to be charged again. At this time V4L batteries come in 3 lengths:


Shorty - 71mm, 180 mAh • Regular - 78mm, 280-300 mAh • Xtra long - 102mm 380mAh
