Battery Issue

I got new battery in the mail the other day and all was well. Yesterday i started having issues with a cool cart. It goes down all the way but doesn't seem to make contact to heat up, anyone else have this problem and if so is there a fix?

If you are screwing it down all the way, you most likely pushed the middle connection down too far, should only screw it in softly until it touches. If the middle connection is down too far it could be touching the outside connection. If that's the issue check out this video at madvapes he explains how to fix it (very easy.) Sorry if you're having some other problem.

it wasn't doing it with all carts jsut this one, so i sanded down the cart a bit and now it works
