Battery issue

just received my kit yesterday. One of the batteries doesn't fire up the cart. It will light up, but it won't actually do anything and won't register on the charger. I put in a ticket on the website but was wondering if there was something I could try to get it up and running. I can get by with one battery for now but man oh man would it be nice to have both.

It sounds like the battery isn't making good contact with the carto or charger. Using something small, very carefully pry upward on the battery center post a tiny bit. When you're done, make sure it's centered and not touching the sides.

Try CAREFULLY lifting the center pin on the battery just a little bit using a pin or other pointed object. It sounds like the battery is not making contact with the carto. You could, alternately, try the same thing with the carto instead. No delivery device should be threaded on tightly, only a soft finger tight should be necessary. Threading them on tightly forces the center pins down and make it hard to get consistent contact from battery to battery or device to device.

That doesn't seem to work. It doesn't look like a contact issue. You can see where there is contact being made between the cart and the battery. It's a 78MM auto. I guess i'll have to be tied to the charger for now and wait out a replacement. But hey. One working battery beats no working batteries!
