problem charging new battery that came with my kit

i just got my kit friday and both batteries have been working fine. i go to charge one of them on the usb charger and the red light on the charger turns on but the led on my battery doesnt light up so i dont think its charging. i cleaned all the threads on both connections. for some reason it will charge in my pcc. ocassionally the led flickers though like it has a bad connection. again my other battery has no problems charging on either

that's odd...since it will charge one way and not the other... my guess would be maybe the post got pushed in a a little bit and is just making a better connection with the pcc... you can try to pull it out slightly with a pair of tweezers.. if that does not work just email CS and they will take care of it for you.
