Battery Issue

Hi everyone, I just bought the manual kit and one of my battery's blinks 20 times and i tried to charge it and it still won't work.

Also the other one I got worked great all day the first day and then it blinked a few times and didn't work so I charged it overnight and then got up in the morning and it worked for about 5 to 10 puffs and then blinked again, however I got to work this morning and tried it again and it seems to be working but I didn't puff on it as much can't really do that at work it's akward puffing indoors.

So in conclusion I think I have one bad battery for sure but the other one is being tested. I'll no more when I get home tonight and put it to the real test. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

regardless of blinking, leave the dead battery in the charger for 8 hours (or until it shows charged, whichever comes first) - use the screw in wall charger so you can be sure you have a good connection even if the light indicator doesn't come on (it sometimes doesn't, I've heard)

Regardless, if you haven't got it working by your next order, mention it in the notes and V4L will sort you out hassle free.

Well what's funny on the one battery is I put it on the wall charger for 8+ hours last night and it still didn't work so this morning when I tried it on the USB The LED turned red instead of blue like the other battery did and the USB charger seemed to be hot. ????
