Battery issue

Just bought the LG HG2 18650 batteries from Orbtronic - have an issue with one of the batteries. I had it in a Coppervape mech squonker, RDA with a coil at 1.3ohm (so no sub-ohm build) and felt the hit was very lite... opened it up and saw a discharge on the top of the battery and no the fire pin where it contacts with the battery. No juice leaking anywhere...

I wiped off the milky discharge before I thought about taking a pic but here is a pic of the batter now. It looks all scratched up and rusty looking in the scratches. It was not this way before and this is the first time I have used this battery.

I dont have a charger that tells me the readings of the battery but I didn't want to try to charge it till I know whats wrong with it.

Send Orbtronic the photo and describe the discharge.
They should send you a replacement.
Don't use the battery or attempt to charge.

May want to put it outside, in a safe place.
Sounds and looks like it started to vent.

Yep. That cell is a no-go. See if you can get a replacement.
