In reading and watching reviews I have seen various battery life claims. My question is this. If a review says there is a 5 hour battery life does that mean 5 hours of actual vaping? In other words does the battery drain while the cig is sitting in your pocket.

JBurns--usually that means they where able to vape on and off with the same battery for that long--not that they constantly vaped for 5 hours---Sun

I didn't state my question clearly so I'll give it another try. What I meant to ask was if I screw the battery onto the atomizer and then put it in my pocket or a case and didn't touch it for 5 hours would the battery be fully charged or dead when I finally pulled it out to use it. In other words does the device draw a current when not actually being used. Hope that was clearer.

JBurns--I do not buy it, but supposedly it has been reported t hat the battery is being drawn upon by the atomizer when the two are connected--but I am not buying that. Absent using the e-cig and making the switch connection, the battery has no load on it. The battery sitting there in and of itself does loose power as time goes by unused---Sun
