Battery not charging :(

hi, I'm new to all this and I've just bought an exhale e-cig and I can't seem to get the battery to charge. I've plugged it all in and a red light come on the CHARGER but nothin happens with the battery ice left it to charge and nothing changes. Any ideas what could help?

I have tried lifting the contact plates slightly but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I have also tried another usb charger. I've looked online and can't seem to find any other options.

Go to whoever sold you the battery, explain and have it replaced.

Took a look at their site, not sure which one you have.
Try clicking the mod 5x to see if that will turn it on.
However if it's that simple it would eventually show as
a green light on the charger. Your best bet is to return
it where you got it and explain the situation. When buying
something it must work well out of the box or I won't mess
with it.
