Battery not charging?

Got a 18650 battery and it doesnt seem to be charging anymore. I have barely used it and have kept in good condition other battery working perfectly though. This is what happens:

Have you checked the voltage with a multimeter?
Make sure the cable to the charger is making good contact, try a different cable/cord.

Nah I dont have that kind of equipment but is there any way i can fix this? I just really wanna vape my sigelei 150w again.

batteries detected as damaged cannot be activated by the UM20 and “EE” will be displayed on the LCD to indicate an error.

That is a quote from the user manual. The battery has been damaged somehow, perhaps you over discharged it.

Does the other battery charge in that bay? Does this battery charge in the other bay?

Not many user serviceable parts in a battery.

Probably toast is my guess. That's a good charger. It probably knows what it's talking about.
