I just bought my new kbox and I really like the design but I have barely been able to use it since I got it a couple days ago. Vendor put battery in, with my tank and it worked great. Obviously battery wasn't fully charged so put in charger. Battery didn't charge so went back to vendor and he gave me another charger. Went home and still no charge. Back to vendor and gave me new battery still no charge. Back to vendor and gave me another battery. Tried it in front of him and then it worked for about twenty minutes then charge low. Could it be that my kbox is shorting out my batteries?

What are the batteries rated as and what are you using for a build? What is the voltage of the battery when installed?
Tank Style? Same coil being used this whole time? Battery Brand?
I would start by changing the coil in the tank. The Kbox is pretty simple but I suppose a defect is possible. Battery not charging in charger though seems like the main issue.

Yes thank you for replies. I am using Kamry 18650. I have voltague set at 2.0.
I ended up buying a better battery charger (night core) digital UM20. I also bought a better battery (efest). The charger is awesome. They had a charger that chargers your battery in 30 min but I don't remember name and it was out of my price range, but happy with upgrades and kbox is working fine.
