Battery question

I have a brand new battery ego 1000 or 1100, can't remember the size. It was charged when I got it, now when I put it on the changer the light is green, as if fully changed, yet it's dead.

My charger is fine, or works with my other eGo batteries.

Do i need a different changer for the bigger batt, my others are 900.

And yes I did turn it on.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

ive had this problem before i used iso and a qtip gave it a couple good swipes might have residue from manufacturing or it could be a bunk batt it should be under waranty

Could also be as simple as the post on the battery isn't making contact with the charger. Try and wiggle the post on the batt up a bit, be gentle, and see if that helps.
