Does anyone know of a company or an organization who would be willing to recycle dead pv batteries? I'm not just talking about lithium batteries used in mods, but also mini and ego batteries that have been killed for whatever reason. If there isn't, is any supplier willing to start one?

Try sending an email to FSUSA. They claim they are trying to breakthough publicly as a reponsible vendor to consumers (not to say other vendor's aren't), but FSUSA seems to be the most public about it. Ask them if they'd be willing to start a battery recycling program. I'll send them an email as well. I'm interested to see their response. PM me if you get a reponse too...

Thanks for addressing this topic - it's needed and overdue IMHO

EDIT: email sent to FSUSA by me...

I've heard a lot when this topic comes up that Shan B is looking for them in the classifieds . . . don't know if it's true, but that would be where I would look. All my other batteries get taken to the hazardous waste collection once a month at out waste management company. You could call your garbage company and see if they have something like that.
