Well it really depends. How many amps will you be pushing
through the
batteries.
Let's say your battery is charged to 4.1 volts I=V/R I=4.1/1.4 = 2.92 amps.
Then see what each battery can handle - by the C (discharge rating) x the amps. That battery is rated at 10C 2000mah = 2 amps so 2 x 10 = 20 amps your battery can discharge.
The 2.92 amps you need is should be compared to the max on your battery. If the max is 6A (pretty standard for 18350s) its working at half of its maximum load per draw, If you are on an 18650 with 20A rating - working at 1/7th of its maximum load - you are putting lighter wear and tear on the battery.
Other than longevity on a charge - as long as you are not exceeding or maxing out amp ratings - not a lot of difference. Performance should be pretty well the same. This would be well within capable amp ratings.
