So, I run the code on the battery and can't find anything about via Google. Anyone know what this batteries spec are? I'd like to try a rda I picked up for cheap but want to be safe and see if this battery can handle it before I try. Safety first you know lol.

All I know is its a Sony and the code scanner says 300124042302m4303626

The QR code on that looks suspicious to me, the "authentic" VTCs have very subdued printing.
Shots of the terminals and the wrapper seam would help to confirm.

I write "authentic" because Sony no longer produces these batteries in house. So they are all technically fakes now, but some are significantly better than others. The above link will help to identify the better ones.

I still use VTC5s exclusively even knowing this. I may give the LG 2500mah 35a DR batteries a try when I need more.

Yeah that's what the owner told me. They had a small stock pile of them though. So I bought 3 of them I figured at $9 each why not for a genuine.

I may have to retire from posting. Seems like the veterans of ECF are doing a great job of educating the newcomers. Nothing more to add here.

But...we enjoy your posts...don't retire!!! You already retired in real life, don't do it on ECF! Yo momma didn't raise a quitter!!!

It is a Bitter Sweet moment when One Realizes that the Torch may have been Passed to the Next Generation. And the Students have become the Teachers.

But that was the Goal. And the Reward was the Journey. Not the Destination.

No, No. You can not retire yet! We could have used your muscle and calm insight last night on a few threads.

Still WAY TO MANY members using mods and rebuildables, totally oblivious to the potential "pipe bomb" (0.12ohm coil with a 20A battery) they are vaping with in their hand!

On a lighter note -- I snagged myself a beautiful Bubinga Woodvil at 4:30am!:D
