Battery stuck in the ON position

Anyone every have this happen to them? This battery came with a new JOYE510C I purchased and the Auto Battery is stuck in the ON position, led on constantly. At first I thought it was just a flakey LED, then I attached an atomizer and it is actually on the entire time. I figured the switch might be stuck so I did the whole blow/suck thing but it didn't help. Any ideas? I've read of people washing their batteries but I've never thought that was a great idea lol. I've tried using a toothpick to see if I can hit the switch in the hole to no avail (not sure how deep I need to go).

Try tapping it on a hard surface, I have heard this works occassionally. Is it still within the warranty period? I have destoyed batteries by sticking things in the end of them, lol, I would not recommend that. The 510 is awesome. Hope this helps.

I had to throw one out side the other night it was stuck on and the whole thing was hot, hot had to use a pot holder. It took about 20 minutes for it to run down. It don't work any more. LOL

Disconnet it immediately before it runs down. If it gets to completely no charge state, it will be dead forever.

Thats how Li-Ions work..
