Hello I'm using efest 18650 unprotected high drain 2000mah button tops in my itaste vtr. Needed more so I ordered efest 18650 unprotected high drain 2250mah and they are a bit taller. To the point the battery door is hard to shut. It will shut but I have to force it a bit, what gives? And am I going to hurt the mod if I use these? Thanks in advance, Mike

I believe Grimm Green was the first to report that the VTR has a low tolerance to battery size. He had similar issues with Efests. I know some of the Panasonic/Orbtronic batteries are wider/longer which likely won't fit either.
I'd be more concerned that the batteries might become compromised by over-tightening the battery door. My guess is you'll have to stick with 2000mAh batteries such as AW and Efest makes.
