Battery Types

Hello,
Newbie to eCigs here and I just got the V2 starter kit ($65.00 +/-)and the Optima Kit ($4.95). So far I think the V2 flavors are bad and the Optima replacement cartridges are ridiculously expensive. So i ordered some V2 blank cartridges and some juices from Johnson creek.
My question is how can I tell what type battery I have with the V2 and Optima? They look the same but one brand's cartridge does NOT fit in the other brand's battery. I'd like to know so I can do some comparisons and upgrades and try different flavor cartridges out.

i do not know the optima abd they make sure on the site you cannot see the connection.
but the V2 is called a KR808d battery and there are many addons and adapters for using other connections and accessories as well as unbranded batteries available.
