battery wont charge

Hi guys i've just bought my ego-t two days ago.
today the battery starts to flicker, so i decided to charge it.
surprisingly the charger went to red mode, to nothing in a few seconds...
help needed? anybody care to give me some advice?

Occasionally that happens. Just send it back. They always quickly return another.
