Its not recommended to leave batteries on the charger... but if your in a pinch it wont really hurt them (unless your using a really cheap charger).

I highly doubt that manufactures intended us to sit and wait for a light to turn colour

The type of batter doesn't really matter. I have 808's, eGo's, protected, chemically safe mod battery's. It doesn't matter the type. It's still not recommended ..... But that doesn't mean that people don't still do it.

I myself have been know to do it, but now that I have enough battery's and know how long they take to charge it doesn't really matter if I have a couple that need to be charged, I still have plenty to be able to continue using without worrying.

LOL the battery would be the least of my worries... Other things though, would be my main worry.

I never feel safe unless I have my main unit with carto/atty. a full backup to that. And a backup for that
