All my spare cells live in those plastic snap top boxes that the vendor ships them in. It's one of better ways to carry spares. I keep a box in my vehicle with a spare battery, a 10ml bottle of juice, and a mini screwdriver (in a ziplock to prevent metal to metal contact shorting).

got two more questions,
1 is it unsafe to keep a spare mod in a bag fully charged for a longer time?

2 is it safe to use a powerbank on a geekvape aegis legend or target pro? i know the best way is to charge the mod with a charger which im doing usually but just in a emergency?

Remove the tank and lock the mod's controls if you can't switch it off completely.

Batteries supposedly don't enjoy long term storage at full charge, but it may not make all that much difference.

Charging with a powerbank should be OK.

Powerbank fine, so long as you don't exceed the the Amp rating for number of devices charging at the same time.

The mods, turn them off or lock them. Not sure what you mean about a longer time but if it's for several weeks and not several years there's not much else to worry about. Except forgetting where you put them.
