You can only drive
batteries to below 3V area with mechanical
mods, VV/VW generally will cut the battery off at 3.2v to protect them from going too low.
I second the charger or faulty battery as mentioned above, because your Vamo isn't going to let it get to a voltage that is bad for the battery.
