What is the lifespan of my batteries? U have some AW3.7v 750mah batts, how long to the generally live before they are ready for the trash? IE how many charge cycles are they good for?

It kinda depends on how they are used. I think 500 cycles is the standard specification blurb with most li-ion batteries. High discharge rates (e.g. with LR atomizers), high temperatures, deep cycling (running them down completely before recharging) are factors that will probably reduce this.

Used or not, ~5 years shelf life till you should properly dispose of them.

How they are used will be the biggest factor. AWs black label protected RCR123 3.7V cells don't tolerate abuse well. It was demonstrated by a well respected member of a popular flashlight forum that loads in excess of 2C and full depth discharges can kill these cells in a matter of a few dozen cycles.
