A cuticle timmer works great for fluffing up your batting in the cartridge to get some juice back up to the top & I use it when I redo the carts & when I add juice. You can get a good grip because it has a long handle & little pronged teeth @ the end & grabs it easily. I have 2 different models & 1 of them I hardly ever have to do this with & 1 I do so maybe there is a problem there I don't know if I'm supposed to have to do that so often or not, but anyway it's a handy little tool. OH & don't of course use it on your nails too just your e-cig!
