Ok so I saw some vids of people using those extra large vv batt, like lavatube, vmax , telescope if I'm not wrong, and am tempted to get one too.

Other than the wide voltage range, I guess these are pretty similar to ego twist? And would like to get one which saves cost but works just as good as the others, any ideas?

I would say, eGo twist is the economical version of those 'big toys'... The thing about 'low cost' big VV batts is that the circuitry and the build may not be very reliable...

If its just normal usage i think a ego variable voltage will do the job those who get the lava or vmax are those who are intending to have high voltage like v6
