I got a brand new BB about a week ago from a private party. I cleaned out the overspray and fired it up. It has worked like a champ. Today, I couldn't get it to fire. I checked the battery, checked the atty, checked the cart. Still no vapor. I continued to mess with it and got it firing by backing off the atty to a less-than-snug position. It's vaping fine but seems to have a VERY limited position for the atty to be in to keep doing the job. Just the slightest movement in either direction and the electrical connection is gone. Is there a way to fix this so the atty can be fitted securely?

What adapter are you using with the atty?

Is this with just that atty or all ur attys? Sometimes the center pins are farther out than others, or even on the BB adapter...check that out but DONT pull up on the center pin of the BB, just push on the atty center pin n see if it pops in a bit ....

As stated in my previous post, I tried this with three different attys. It's the same case with all three. Two of the three had been used over the past week with the BB and had been secured snugly and there were no issues.

Upon further testing this AM, all three attys work splendidly with regular 510 batteries and the pin positions appear the same as the other dozen or so attys I have.

This is very strange. When positioned just right, which is pretty loose, it's vaping great like it always did. Just the slightest movement (feels like handling nitro or something) and no vape at all.

I wanted to follow-up on this with a similar post I made in the General Discussion area of this forum.

Chad PMed me and offered to fix my BB. I mailed it to him on Monday, 12-28, and got it back Wednesday of this week. He fixed it and it absolutely rocks! I thought it was good before but it is now an outstanding vaping machine. I could not be more pleased and I seriously appreciate Chad's going above and beyond in the area of customer service.

Thanks!
