A late Good Morning everyone! Been up for awhile trying to get my grocery list done and hoping the roads will be cleared off enough for me to get some shopping done today. Sure hope everyone has a wonderful day!!

Cat, That is gorgeous! You went with the same color scheme in the bedazzle tube that I did for the same tank. It makes all the colors "pop"!
Tyleris, we never get that kind of snow here. I'm so jealous. You would think Anchorage would have blizzards but we never do. We have calm snow.. LOL. Where my husband works up North they get a lot of blowing snow. They have to get all the trucks in a convoy to get back to camp safely doing 15 mph. Bukket, I don't mind the snow, but hate the wind and freezing temps that usually come with it this time of year! Having a White Christmas is about the only time I enjoy having snow...the rest of the time I would be perfectly happy with 70 degree temps...LOL!!

Bet your husband enjoyed his "snow day", huh? I bet the wind would be bad if you had to go out in it. Being a homebody I get to look at it. What temp do you usually have when it snows? Everyone always thinks Alaska has it the worst but we have nice snow. It is usually between 20 to 30 degrees outside. Plus we don't get a whole lot of snow. There are parts that get it worse but they are less populated.
He sure did. That's the first time he's ever had a snow day but he switched to a new position last year so he is at a different camp and he has to drive between warehouses. His first position was a short walk outside to the warehouse counter from the main camp. I don't know why they call it a camp. The main ones have movie theaters, swimming pools, and workout rooms.
In between he was working on an island and I am so glad he switched jobs. He had to take a helicopter in the winter until it froze enough to make an ice road or a boat in the summer to get there. It was like an oil rig out in the ocean but built on a small island. They had to be completely suited up in survival gear for the trip. He loved working there since the warehouse was small and he was the only one there. But he hated the fact that the closest bathroom to his room was 3 floors down! Now he has a room with a private bath. But it is a contracted out camp and they have a room that has internet access but they cut off all internet access in the rooms to save money. We got a MiFi from our cable tv provider so he can play games and use his iPad in his room. He can't even call out from the phone in his room! He has to text me so I can call him.
He hates being away for 2 weeks but loves being off 2 weeks so it evens out and he likes his job. He just worries about leaving me home. And now you guys probably know more than you ever wanted to about working on the North Slope. I must've woke up gabby. Don't want to call mom yet since she plays World of Warcraft every afternoon.

Pretty sure 23 hours of daylight is in the Summer, as here in Western Washington Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. This time of year Bukket is probably getting very little daylight, as here the sun doesn't come up until 7:00am and is down by 5:00pm

Good morning....just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a Happy New Year. We will be heading out for the bowl game so won't be around until middle of next week. Just keep your fingers crossed for me that it doesn't rain for the game....temps at 40 or above would be fine as long as the rain holds off.

So we just gave a Trippy to my wife's best friend as her Christmas present, and the girls here mentioned wishing they had "glitter tanks." Being the guy I am there was no way I could keep the words "Well they do have Bedazzled Tanks" from slipping from my lips.
They both screamed. Seriously lol
So now I need at least two, and I was hoping I could get some help. Whats the most up to date info on these tanks? Where can I see what is available now? How can I order?
Also, will I need to order tank caps separately? My wife has some awesome pink tank caps we had custom made, which fit the standard DCTank cap tube size. She may like to use those, but for her friend we'll need a whole new tank as her PV setup (MVP+Carto Tank+Trippy) was stolen this week by her evil stepmother. And yes it really was her evil stepmother lol, she hasn't admitted to it but the evidence is pretty prevalent

Do you make your designer tubes to replace iHybrid quartz tubes? The size is the same as a Zen Standard tube if that helps.
