Congrats and welcome to the ECF!!. Yeah your set up will get you there, most have started with less. I had an ego style at on point, then went the way of the Provari, rba's, re-buildable atomizers, and mechanicals. Get a little bit into the sub ohm zone, and trying my hardest not to buy a DNA20 mod.

So yeah, if what you have works for you, don't risk getting the Vaper Fever. But, being where you live, and the regulation that's being implemented, with possible more stringent regulation, one might be wise to invest into some high quality gear while they can.

Vape long and Prosper!!!

I will give it a try. I have noticed that on the odd occasion it can taste a little nasty, this has only happened in the last day or so. Like burnt metal. I assume this means my clearomizer needs a clean or is close to death!

First gym session since smoke free. Breathing is so much easier.

If it's tasting burned, it may be the clearo - pop another on and vape on.

Lung capacity will improve further - keep going :)

You can get Clearo's that let you swap out the coil, saves you shelling out for a whole new unit - CE5 etc.

Oh, and welcome, everything you need is here - I've spent about a fortnight trying to read through this forum and just scratching the surface...Vaping is immense, when you allow it to be *very big grin*

I am already obsessed with Vaping I cant keep my eye off this forum and researching vaping related products. I just love the fact that its so clean and tasty compared to analogues. I wore a jacket today that i haven't since i stopped and the smell of smoke was pretty horrendous.

Im also quite amazed at how helpful everybody is on this forum and i would like to thank you all! Legends!

My other half smokes and thinks I'm nuts....

I keep pointing out I quit the smoking and invested time and money into a new hobby. I will lose, I just know it :p

On a more serious note, why the hell not. Why the hell not spend the same cash on mods, mechs, new e-liquids and just go -nuts-. I mean, it's not like you are wasting hard earned cash on cigarettes. This argument was also shot down, but meh.

:D

Plenty of advice here though, and folks (such as me) just newly off the ciggies. Hope you have fun with vaping, and this forum, tis all good

Yes, smokers look at me vaping like I am crazy! But I see them in the gas stations shelling out hard earned cash for these little things that are burned and tossed out. Who's crazy now? Makes me wish I never smoked in the first place. I remember being one of those crazies shelling out money at 3am for a desperately needed carton of smokes in my pajamas.

Hey all, newbie here, and I quit last Wednesday, as my buddy got me to try a atty and battery....I jumped right in last monday, got a Volcano look alike, today I got an SVD, and I have already ordered a Provari. If Im gonna do it, Im doin it big. My wife loves that Ive quit analogs, and she doesn't mind me doing this at all. The initial investment was a bit pricy, but hey, I do side jobs on my days off to fund my "toys" hehehe. Im seriously diggin this site and the vaping experience. I look forward to learning more!!!

being repulsed by the smell of analogs is a good sign brother!! keep up the vaping! one recommendation i would give is to buy yourself one more battery (to use while you charge your other) and a backup tank/replacement heads. it's all about backup! don't want to get into a sticky situation where analogs are your only quick fix, trust me been there. :toast:

Don't even have to worry about buying a pack being the quick fix anymore, gotta worry about buying the Blu or NJoy Kings now for one heck of a fee, then being stuck vaping that thing when you have nice new gear sitting in front of you. A whole bunch of ecig and juice vendors can get stuff to your door in 2-5 days.

Just got my Itaste VTR in the mail a couple of days ago. I love that thing! The IClear 30s clearos are great!

I think a week without a cig is a little early to be launching a crusade against smoking, concentrate on you and don't worry about the others would be my advice there. My wife still smokes but I don't bug her about it. My parents played that game for years. At least one of them always smoked and one was either temporarily quit or trying to quit.
Congrats on kicking the smokes, I don't know if you can replace the coils in your device (looks like a ce5 non-replaceable) but I could be wrong. If you clean it between refils it should last you quite a while though. If it does burn out on you, and you like it, you can go to an iClear 16 which looks the same and has changeable parts.
They make a LOT of batteries and mods these days, so find what you like. Good luck.

Good for you. You are a smart guy! My husband of many years has a lot of admirable qualities - but one of the best has to be that even though he quit smoking about 15 years ago (serious health/heart problems, fine now) he has never nagged me to quit.

Needless to say, he is entirely supportive of my vaping and happy it's working so well for me.

Yeah I ordered a spare Battery the other day should have it today! Im defiently gonna Mod up just wanna rersearch a little more to make sure I make the right decesion. My girlfriend is already getting annoyed about my obsession especially as i never shut up about it. She smokes also nothing in comparison to my level of 20 a day. Her response was if your still vaping in 6 weeks then Ill give it a go.

Welcome Harley have to tell us what your setups like once you get it! ;)

Actually really good! Very heavy device! Can throw it at someone and kill 'em with it! The IClear 30s goes through the juice though, but sure creates a fog! One thing about it, not pocket friendly. I am a waitress. Cannot carry it in my apron. Have to set it behind a terminal. My old ERoll was pocket friendly, but the little tanks were a pain to fill, the atomizers were expensive, and got quite a few duds, and I was always replacing the little batteries. I had a few auto fire in the case.
