Hey guys! Ive been away for a good while (4-5 months) And I have picked back up the death-sticks. It started out slow, one or two cigs while drinking here and there, to just a few in the morning, to I am back up to about 1/2 pack a day, Its only been about a month and a half since I picked smoking back up, but no excuses. I just quit again today, and busted out my backwoods brew cherry tobacco. It was a hard journey the first time, and this time I am finding it extremely difficult. I was proud of myself for breaking the habit the first time, and I will be proud once the craving for smokes subside. I am vapping on my ego-t like it was keeping me alive. I know I did it once, I know I can do it again. But its hard. I realized that EFC was keeping me accountable in a way, and that I needed the support and information that it brings. Anyways, I am here and saying "Im back!"

Aww, I posted this and seen my sig. I wish I could talk away a month and a half to keep it accurate.

Welcome back! I was a quitter too. I went through some rough times and wasn't prepared or stocked up and picked up the cigs after not touching one for about 4 months. I did it in grand style though and was up to a pack or more per day. I kept that up for 4 months before I put my tail between my legs, placed an order and came back for some support.

Had I just stayed with it, I'd be almost a year smoke free right now. I can't regret it though. It taught me to hate every single puff of cigarette I took. I'm stronger this time because I could truly feel what smoking was doing to me.

Be proud that you found your way back instead of continuing to smoke, and vape through it.

Oh I know it. I can feel the crud in my lungs like never before. I have the "rumbles" in my chest from smoking and I start to hack and cough when I walk up a flight of stairs. I can see in just a short time what it does to the body and I am ready to quit again.

And yeah, it was hard the first time because I had to go thru the learning curve, find a PV that works (I was using one of the gas station 20 buck take 10 puffs and die models) and juices I liked (which I all have now) I use an ego-t with resurrector cartos now, so that is all set. Its just the cravings seem more harsh then when I quit the last time is all. It is my first day of trying to quit again tho, so it might be just that.
