It's where your tongue stops tasting flavors. Usually lasts for a week, maybe two - happens to most vapers (myself included). You just have to push through it...you still get your nicotine fix...just no flavor. You might try using a stronger flavor (cinnamon, or when I had it I vaped Pluid like mad). It will go away though.

Hi please don't go back to smoking, almost all new vapors go through vape tongue. I promise it WILL pass. You can do some tricks to make it pass quicker. Here's what helped me. This is a trick many tasters do to reset their palate. Take fresh coffee grounds and inhale the aroma through out the day and see if by the next day it isn't a bit better. It worked for me, not so well for my husband though so it depends on the person I think but it's worth a try. This has more to do with your nose than your taste buds believe it or not. Try to be patient, it won't last forever. While you wait you can try bold flavors like cinnamon, peppermint, spearmint ect.

to ecf oz1982 and to the world's biggest support group. :) I don't think I have ever had this problem but here is a link to explain it. http://www.ecigarettedirect.co.uk/ashtray-blog/2014/03/vapers-tongue.html Whenever I drip, it seems to help me to vape just plain unflavored nic juice. I think it cleanses the palate or it did for me. Try some new flavors. You are still in the process of learning what makes your taste buds dance. Here is a link to a thread that has some good deals posted. Always helps to find a good deal. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/pay-forward-pif/418767-deals-steals-203.html

Good luck to you and I hope to read about your continued vaping success. Let us know how you are doing. You will find the people of ecf really care. That is what makes this place so wonderful. :)

try out some more flavour art flavors, they are diketone free. I find they work better at lower %'s. You can actually add too much flavor and mute it out.. I know, sounds wierd but it happens.

The DIY subforum will help a lot.
