Near a beach in a desert.
It took me about two weeks to go from regular cigarettes to strictly vaping. Do not try to rush it. Just let it takes its course. You'll soon discover that like magic, you'll just one day stop smoking and vaping is all you'll do and the cigarette crave will slowly go away. At Least that is how it happened with me.

I quit smoking analogs the day I got my first e-cig. I got tired of paying $4+ per pack plus the FSC chemicals they started putting in them taste nasty. I have only lit 2 cigs since I started vaping but they were used as punks to light fireworks on new years eve. They left a horrible after taste in my mouth and me smelling like an ash tray. Good luck to you, hopefully you will get off analogs too.

I vaped for 11 days while still smoking cigarettes. My cigarette consumption decreased daily (effortlessly) for the first 8 days. On days 9-11, I was consuming 2-3 cigarettes a day. I then had to make a conscious decision to eliminate the last few cigarettes a day that I was consuming. I decided that I would go one day without cigarettes. The first smoke free day was relatively easy so I went for another and another……………Now I have been vaping for 55 days and smoke free for 44 days. Note: I was a 25 year 3-4.5 pack a day stupid chain-smoker.

I have been vaping since Monday afternoon, I am down to 1 or 2 analogs after work, but at work I am still using analogs on breaks. I believe the reason for that, is that we always bought our analogs by the carton, rather then by the pack, as it is cheaper. So as long as I/we still have analogs left to smoke, they will get smoked. The plan is when they are gone, they are gone, no more analogs. By then, I think we will be fine with it.

Exactly what happened to me I bought too many analogs and nobody else smokes so it's it either slowly smoke em or throw them out. Thats $120 that I coulda used on ecig supplies:evil:

That must've been pretty pricey!

I smoked the day after I got my PV & haven't smoked since then which amazes me. About the only time I still want one is when I'm at work, I have half an open pack in my car (gotta be icky & stale at this point) but haven't wanted one badly enough to have one. It's not the same for everyone though, it seems like a lot of folks here kept smoking at least a little for a few weeks.

I think I still have 4 unopened packs, not sure what to do with them as my only non-menthol smoking co-worker quit (cold turkey) the same time I did.
