Hello again,

Can anybody find a reason I could not use these as a DIY flavoring.
I brew beer and have some of these flavors. The bottles do not give any ingredients so I am unsure if there are any nasty's in it.

Watermelon Flavoring - Fruit - Flavoring & Spices - Beer Ingredients - Beer Brewing : Northern Brewer
The word artificial kinda worries me.

another

Pure Apple Extract Olive Nation
This one says natural. Ingredients: propylene glycol, water, natural apple flavor.

and another one I have

Thanks

edit: oops just noticed I'm past my new user post count, could this be placed in the diy

Took a quick gander, and my initial impression is, heck, would be worth a gamble to try, if that was a flavor you are looking for. I buy most my extracts from Wizard Labs, and haven't expanded much beyond there. But do use some vodka in me mix. Thinking of trying some Scotch now, enjoy a good whiskey vape. Also was going to check out possible extracts at the store, just to experiment and as a viable backup source option. if you know what I mean. lol.

Would also check out some of the DIY suppliers and compare theirs to what you are considering. At the very worse think all that's at risk is a crap batch of juice, but may find an ADV too. Best of luck.

Vape long and Prosper!!!!

I don't make my own juice yet, but I do home brew and make homemade wine. Some of the flavor enhancers for wine like peach and such I wouldn't see a real issue as there for human consumption. I know there are many flavorings and extracts available. I would also think some artificial flavoring would be ok for the most part. I would just look and make sure with the engr. if its ok for consumption I'd say it will probably work just fine. Check out some of the distilling extracts as well they have some good stuff like Jim Beam, JD and many others. I would for sure like to have some juice that tasted like JD. I was wondering about using a distiller to infuse flavor into the juice as I have a 1 gallon unit for making distilled water. 1 gallon units are legal to own without permits for water and essential oils just so long as there isn't alcohol used. A smaller Distillation unit could be built for small scale work using test tubes and or beakers.

I am a homebrewer for years too, I have looked at the brewers best flavoring and haven't pulled the trigger for juice except for beers.

My watermelon cherry blonde was awesome and switched to fresh fruit with the second batch. Now have a strawberry Kölsch keging tonight or tomorrow. Drinking my belgiun blonde strong a 9% ATM and having a vape.

I am interested if you try the bb flavoring for juice.

I brew also, but Mead (do a beer every now and again). I would try a Small batch and see what it is like. I think it won't be great, JMHO, because even in brews what you have listed is not really good, have tried them.

IMHO you would be better getting the same flavors from Wizardlabs (or whoever), that is geared for vaping and not drinking, again JMHO.

Time for another Beer :toast:
