Generally store bought flavorings are meant for baking and cooking, so in essence it is safe to ingest. However, the flavorings used in e-liquids are much more concentrated than those purchased at the grocery store, and contain more alcohol (usually). This will cause your juice to be much thinner than normal and you will likely have to use more than you would purchasing the good stuff. As long as it doesn't contain preservatives, or gums, you will be fine. Just don't expect that much flavor from it. I would suggest checking out flavorings from places like Capellas, The Flavor Apprentice, and FlavourArt vendors.

I think most people are going to say no as those flavourings were probably not meant to be inhaled and could contain ingredients that are not good for coils. Most eliquid flavourings are stronger so not sure as to the amount you would use if you were going to use that.
Though gather some people have done it.

Hello and welcome to the forum @T-Hagy. Glad to have you here!:)

For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. You will not be able to post there until you get in your first 5 posts (replys count) and the servers update at :25 past the hour. Lots of great info in all the "stickies"

Below is the information I often give to members new to DIY.
Here are some threads you may like to read through for different flavoring companies. Many of the posts include recipes and comments about a specific flavor.

Nicotine Comparisons <= They don't all taste the same.
