best 18650 batteries

Im getting the ipv 3 and was wondering what the best batteries to get. I was thinking the green samsung ones but wented others opinions first. Thanks

You don't say which model IPV3, so, I'd recommend 2 pairs (4) matched / married Sony VTC4.

120plus watts = Sony VTC3 or LG HB6 (both true 30amp CDR, 1500mah and 1600mah respectively, Sony VTC4 can do it, you'll just be stressing them further than they need to be
100 to 120watts= Sony VTC4, Samsung 25R, LG HE2/HE4
50 to 100watts= All listed above, plus the Sony VTC5, LG HG2
50watts and under - all listed plus the Samsung 30Q

Don't measure by watts as 120w at 0.2ohms is not the same amp draw as 120w at 0.1ohms. The amp draw is what matters not watts.

When on a mech that is pretty much true. With a regulated amp draw is highest at lowest battery charge, IPV3 depending on version can be between 150watts = 23.4375amps at 6.4volt lowest charge up to 200watts = 31.25amps at 6.4volts, resistance not playing anywhere in that equation.
